This Contract Concerns The Replacement Work On The 14 Expansion Devices For The Jacob And Sainte-Catherine Engineering Structures Located On The First Tram Line In Valenciennois In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp). This Contract Includes In Particular: -Design And Manufacturing Studies Of Expansion Devices (Including Attachment Systems And Protective Covers); -Execution Studies; -Removal And Demolition Work; -All Geometric Checks And Track Tests (Control Sheets, Etc.); -The Organization Of The Factory Acceptance Of Expansion Devices; -The Provision Of Receipt Reports And Certificates Of Conformity; -Storage For As Long As Necessary, Loading/Unloading And Transport To The Site Of Expansion Devices And Various Equipment; -The Supply And Installation Of Dilation Devices And Sliding Saddles; -All Controls And Tests In Accordance With Normative Standards; -The Reconstitution Of The Coverings; -The Provision Of The File Of The Works Carried Out; -Participation In Reception Operations Including Tests Before Commissioning; -Monitoring During The Contractual Warranty Period. For Information Purposes, Forecast Market Notification Is Envisaged During The Third Quarter Of 2026. The Timing Of The Notification Is Given For Information Only. Therefore, The Holder Will Not Be Able To Raise Any Claim Or Claim Compensation In The Event Of An Extension Of The Said Deadline. This Contract Is Established On The Basis Of The Following Articles Of The Public Procurement Code (Ccp): -Articles L1212-1 And Following Relating To The Contracting Entities; -Articles L2123-1 And R2123-1 Relating To Contracts Awarded According To An Adapted Procedure.
