notice_summary_english: The project is to proceed with an exercise in space planning and space programming, for the various functions and courses to be offered by the Canadian Coast Guard College (CCGC). Deliverables will include all aspects of the Programming Report, including an action plan for different proposed decisions that the Coast Guard may initiate. This is a request for proposals (RFP) against Supply Arrangement (SA) E0225-152290 Architecture and Interior Design.
