The Object Of The Contract Is The Concession Of Public Services Consisting Of The Management And Exploitation Of The Balneari De Caldes D'Estrac, Located At Plaça De Les Barques S/N Caldes D'Estrac, In Accordance With Both Of Which Are Established In The Present Plec Of Particular Administrative Clauses And In The Plec Of Technical Prescriptions. It Is A Municipal Thalassotherapy Center And Thermal Waters (Balneari) With A Service Establishment That Establishes An Indirect Management Model That Defines This Management Through A Public Service Concession Contract. The Concessionaire Will Manage The Service For Its Entirety And Risk. The City Council Of Caldes D'Estrac In Most Cases Will Not Be Responsible For The Specific Obligations Of The Concessionaire Or Third Parties, Nor For Any Damages Or Losses That May Be Caused.
