   1. General Experience of the firm: An international water and wastewater consultancy firm with proven experience in developing feasibility studies in water harvesting projects , and designing medium to large sized storage dams ,with at least 20 years’ Experience in the field.
2. Specific Experience of the firm: The firm should have a proven track record of previous experience in implementing similar assignments/studies and should have successfully completed at least two (2) similar assignments in the last 5 years at least 5 similar assignments in the past 15 years, preferably in design or rock fill/concrete medium-large scale storage dams.
3. Technical, managerial and financial capabilities of the firm; and availability of appropriate skills among staff
