notice_summary_english: This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation under RFx No. Doc4334404295 dated December 1, 2023 with a closing of January 15, 2024 at 14:00 EST. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on April 25 by 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The goal of this project is to construct a temporary site office complex that will be made up of approximately twenty pre-manufactured trailers to be procured by the Contractor and provided to the site to form an office complex roughly of 246’ x 60’. Work shall also include site grading and storm water management, construction of an access road and parking areas, potable water supply by on-site water and waste holding tanks. Work shall also include electrical power to the site office complex, exterior lighting and security fences. The site office complex will be fitted up with interior partitions, finishes, washrooms and kitchens, HVAC, power, lighting, and IT infrastructure.
