   • Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law. (Updated Trade license, BIN, TIN & Tax clearance certificate up to date 2024-2025 ) • Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organisations registered or relevant certification in Bangladesh. • Tenderers shall have valid bank account and have liquid asset at least50 lac taka • Tenderers should have at least 05 (Five) years general experience in operation/repair or maintenance services area ( Government, MNCs, National/Multinational NGOs & autonomous organization). • Must have successfully completed similar nature of works at least 01 (one) Crore taka in a single contract with a government/autonomous organization/ government project/ MNCs, or multinational NGOs within the last 03 (three) years, specifically in the area of operation/repair or maintenance services in this regard. • Minimum 03 (three) nos working experiences in operation/repair or maintenance services area.
